Puppy Cake LLC Free Gas Contest Rules

1.       All entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

2.       No purchase necessary. You may enter the contest sending a SASE to Puppy Cake LLC, 31 S Euclid Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15202.

3.       A winner’s name will be selected randomly through September 30, 2008.

4.       All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5.       All prizes will be awarded in the form of a gift card to a gas station that is TBD.

6.       There will be no substitution for prizes. Participation in the contest and the prizes awarded are non-transferable.

7.       Puppy Cake LLC reserves the right to make rule or contest changes without notice at any time. Puppy Cake LLC also reserves the right to change the aforementioned contest dates without notice.

8.       The decision of the management of Puppy Cake LLC in the interpretation of these rules is final. By participating, persons agree to be bound by the decision of the judges and the official rules.

9.       If a winner is found in violation of these rules, he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize.

10.    Puppy Cake LLC, its representatives, agencies and employees are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award and or use of the prize.

11.    Failure to observe any of the above rules absolves Puppy Cake LLC of any and all liability and no prize awards will be considered for reimbursement.

12.    Additional rules may be added for specific contests at the discretion of Puppy Cake LLC.
