Know your audience


    • Big dogs?

By knowing who you’ll be inviting will better help you choice a fitting location. A fenced in area lacking in expensive heirlooms will be more fitting for a group of rambunctious big dogs. If they are little, having a tea and cake party may be more suiting for your ”teacup“ size pooches. Want to make it a community event? Host it at the local dog park. Think of all the new friends you and your dog will make!



If you bake it, they will come


    • Dogs LOVE Puppy Cake! Tell your friends about the fun new treat you’ve made (they’ll never know it came from a box!)

                        


    • Provide treats for your two legged guests too!
    • Have refreshments for your guests

       Hot dog retrieve

                         i.      Use cooked all natural beef or turkey franks. With dogs next to owners, throw the frank and the first dog to retrieve the frank without eating wins!

                         i.      Choose a panel of judges. Each owner needs to get their dog howling. The best howl wins!

     Stupid Canine Tricks

                         i.      Show off your dogs hidden talent and impress your friends!

      Derby Dog

                        i.      Have several people holding the dogs on one side of the area behind the starting line. With their owners at the finish line, start calling the dogs to them. All at once the dogs will be released. First dog to the finish line wins! If you have several dogs, do several heats until you have a final championship.
