I’ve been purchasing Puppy Cake for my dog for the past couple of years. I had purchased from 2 other companies but the first one did not cater to smaller breeds (6-12 lbs.) so there was way too much left over or wasted and the second company’s birthday cake version didn’t appeal to my dog at all. My dog is a picky eater at times. This rejection of the cake lead me to your Puppy Cake company on Amazon because I felt like I had to make it up to my dog post-birthday :(. Puppy cake didn’t disappoint. While I cannot personally attest to the taste of this product, she does enthusiastically enjoy it especially when I add a little dog Birthday Cake ice cream à la mode. I like the 1/2 or sample size of the Birthday Cake version for her best. The only thing I’d want changed is the cake seems super dense so making it a little more light and fluffy is better. Anyway, the cake is super convenient to make, the ingredients seem fine (the previous brand gave her a mild upset tummy even when portioned correctly to her size), and it’s easy to decorate. I’ve enclosed a photo of her having fun on her birthday making an utter mess; the reason why she’s eating it in her crate instead of dragging it throughout the house haha. Thanks for catering to the smaller dog breeds too, much appreciated! Please keep making the sample or half size versions of all your products!!!

   

Shockingly, my dog hated this treat. I, however, was extremely impressed by it, so I'm still giving it a high rating. It was easy to make, turned out perfectly, and smelled divine. I'm genuinely surprised my dog wouldn't touch it, but my friend's dogs devoured it with gusto. It's an excellent treat idea in my opinion, and the ingredients are good quality.

I tried it and it tasted pretty good. My dogs though- it was just too sticky and hard for them to eat. I’ve got two Great Danes and they tried, but we’re unsuccessful.
