I seriously cannot help myself when it comes to baking for my dog. And I’m assuming you can’t either and that’s why you’re here ?? Moment of confession, as I was scrolling through Pinterest looking for a scrumptious dessert for, yes, myself, I stumbled across a pumpkin and chocolate layered cake. Not only did I say “Absolutely”, but then I thought, “Oh man, my dog would LOVE this dessert.”
PUMPKIN WHOOPIE PIES:
The Fall season just SCREAMS Pumpkin – And I mean everything pumpkin, including Pumpkin Cake Mix for your dog! As I was trying to come up with a fun, yet easy treat for my pup this season, I thought back to what I enjoy (Ok, I enjoy everything food and drink related that is Pumpkin flavored during the season) to eat during Fall. And then I thought, what is pumpkin flavored and a staple to eat during Fall?! Um, yes, Whoopie Pies ?? Even dogs are being “extra” this time of the year with their love of pumpkin spice, so why not make your dog their very own Pumpkin Spice Whoopie Pie’s? I’m about to tell you how easy this recipe is for your dog!They’re going to love this, I promise.
PUMPKIN SPICE PANCAKES WITH PEANUT BUTTER SYRUP:
Good Morning, pumpkin pancakes anyone? As a Fall treat for your pup, bake pumpkin spice pancakes for your dog on a nice, crispy Fall morning. Our pumpkin spice cake mix can be made into any treat, even pancakes!
PUMPKIN SPICE COOKIE CAKE:
It’s that time of year again where Pumpkin Spice something is everywhere! I mean, I’m not complaining and frankly, I don’t care that it’s only September! Fall is my favorite season. Even my 7-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog, Palmer loves the cooler temps too!
As you can tell by the title above, we’ll be making a Pumpkin Spice Cookie Cake today. Of course, I wanted to incorporate Pumpkin into my recipe today. Dogs loooove pumpkin and since it’s September already, I wanted to make new and fun recipes for your dog during the whole month of September that includes our Pumpkin Spice Cake Mix for Dogs. And what a fun idea to include our “sugar” cookie mix too?
PUMPKIN CINNAMON FRAPPE:
Oh, thankfully it’s that time of year again, Fall! It’s my absolute favorite time where the weather is crisp and cool, the leaves are falling, and I get to snuggle up with my Bernese Mountain Dog and drink PSL’s like they are goin’ out of style! I do know my pup is ready to rid the heat and play out in the cool weather. Heat is not her friend when she has all that fur!!!
In celebration of Fall coming in just 15 days (and now that PSL’s are officially available), I decided to make a “dog version” of the popular autumn drink – Pumpkin Cinnamon Frappe! I know I know, my dog is going to be “that dog” but hey, she’s going to love this drink.
